My name is Helen Christine. I am a longtime fitness enthusiast with beginnings in ballet and dance. A professional dancer for many years, I have decades of cross-discipline movement training in yoga, bodybuilding, distance running, CrossFit, hot Pilates, pole fitness and aerial arts.
From chinese acrobatics to CrossFit or stand-up paddle boarding, I am always wanting to physically challenge myself and learn new skills. I am enthusiastic and motivating, and love to inspire others to work toward their true potential.
I hold a B.A. in English and a B.A. in philosophy, both from San Jose State University. I am a Yoga Alliance registered yoga teacher also trained in Inferno Hot Pilates and Remedy barre fitness. I hold current certifications in group fitness instruction from the American Council on Exercise, and CPR/First Aid/AED certificate from the American Heart Association.
